Sales Forecast
A sales forecast is a prediction of the amount you expect to sell within a given time period.
A sales forecast, also called a sales budget, is the basis of any business plan. Some factors to take into account when forecasting sales are previous years’ sales, economic conditions, average sales per square foot of similar concerns, the number of potential customers and the average dollar amount of each sale.
