To qualify for refunds, students must have paid for the Elite Unlimited+ subscription on their own and not through a third party including partners, other businesses or financing programs. Students using Affirm financing are eligible for refunds. Additionally, anyone applying for a refund must show they’ve met all SmartPath targets for QBank usage and send an official score report to UWorld customer service within ten days of receipt.
