Even if you are going through the recruiting process on campus, it doesn’t hurt to get your resume out there and connect with even more employers. According to a July AICPA report, accounting graduates are more in demand than ever. A record 40,350 accounting graduates were hired in 2012, and 89 percent of firms that hired graduates expect this years number to be equal or higher.
The actual event will run September 16 – 20. Job-seekers are welcome to create a profile until the last minute as all firms will have access to your resume. However, if you want your resume to be included in a folder that gets sent to employers, be sure to register by September 13th.
