Why did you take Roger CPA Review?
My firm ordered the materials for me, so I didn’t have much choice in the matter, but I also met Roger on campus. I was impressed with his enthusiasm, and I’m glad my firm chose Roger CPA Review for me.
How did you hear about our review course?
I heard about Roger CPA Review through fliers on campus, BAP presentations, and my firm.
What was your favorite aspect of the course?
My favorite aspect of the course was definitely Roger. Everything I did to prepare for the exams was helpful, but Roger taught the material in a way that made it easy to understand and even easier to sit through. I had studied quite a bit of the material in school, but Roger summed up 4 years of accounting classes in 130 hours, made it easier to understand, and made it fun.
How has passing the exam affected your personal and professional life?
Passing the exam before starting my new job has been a tremendous help. I studied for 5+ hours a day, 6 days a week, for about 4 months, but that pales in comparison with the stress my coworkers are facing now as they try to juggle work, family and social life, and the CPA exam. Now I can spend time with my wife and 11-month-old daughter after work, and breathe easier knowing a major roadblock is behind me. Thanks, Roger!
What piece of advice do you have for other CPA Exam candidates?
If you have the opportunity, study as much as you can before you begin working. If you don’t have that chance, just keep plowing on. It will feel so good when you finally reach the end!

Favorite quote?
"74 or below? You didn't pass. Have a drink. Have a smoke. Have a needle." (I think this was in the introduction to the whole course). I don't drink or smoke (or use drugs), but this quote caught me by such surprise, I had to rewind it and show my wife.
