Divisions

Divisions are parts of a company.

For instance a company might have a legal division, a manufacturing division, and an administrative division. These are functional divisions with each division engaging in different work. Some companies have geographical divisions like Northwest Division, Southeast Division. In this case each division is doing the same work but catering to customers in different parts of the country.
