Financing Activities

Financing activities are the third set of financial transactions listed on the Statement of Cash Flows.

There are three categories of transactions on the statement of cash flows; operating, investing, and financing. Financing activities have to do with buying and selling stock, paying dividends, and borrowing and repaying loans.
