So here comes the question–How does one become a CPA? No need to search through numerous websites and dreary information–we’ve narrowed it down for you:
Qualify and Apply—Meeting the requirements requires a mix of education & experience, that varies state by state. However a bachelors degree and a minimum hours in business and accounting are required. See your state’s specific requirement.
Take the CPA Exam–This is where we come in! It’s important to be fully prepared for the exam and our various course formats let you study your way–take a look! We prepare you for the 4 parts of the CPA exam: FAR, REG, AUD, and BEC. More info on exam dates and structure here.
Get your CPA Licensure—After qualifying and successfully passing (woohoo!) the exam, 2 years of general accounting experience under an active CPA is suggested. Often this experience can be completed before, during, or after your CPA Exam, along with completion of an ethics course.
