Why did you take Roger CPA Review?
As an accountant, cost/benefit is always on my mind. By partnering with my firm, Roger CPA provided me with great value for the price I was paying.
How did you hear about our review course?
Online and different forums. I first heard of Roger CPA while browsing /r/accounting on Reddit. Some posters mentioned Roger as an excellent alternative to some of the larger review courses available.
What was your favorite aspect of the course?
Roger’s personality has to be my favorite aspect of the course. After an hour of studying depreciation and section 179 deductions, some well-placed humor allows for some brevity to lift your mood and motivate you to continue.
How has passing the exam affected your personal and professional life?
From a professional perspective, passing the exams early gives me the freedom to focus on getting more involved with my firm and local community. From a personal perspective, the stress I was feeling only a few months ago has lifted dramatically. I can give more time to my friends, family, and interests without feeling guilty about not having my nose to the grindstone.
What piece of advice do you have for other CPA Exam candidates?
Study at your own pace, take advantage of the tools available to you, and focus on the task at hand.
