It’s fall, school has started for many and the fall 2014 CPA Exam testing window is right around the corner – October 1st to be exact. Now is the time to schedule your CPA Exam testing appointment to accommodate the Thanksgiving holiday, which falls on Thursday, November 27th, this year.
According to the NASBA Website, the Uniform CPA Exam will not be extended to accommodate for the Thanksgiving holiday this year. So, “applying early gives you a better chance of securing a testing position, as well as your preferred time and location.” You must also schedule your CPA Exam appointment at least five days in advance of your test date. If you wait too long to schedule your Exam section, you risk having your Notice to Schedule expire.
